I really like this post. I can certainly atest to the fact that being involved in the entire process when it concerns you really makes me feel more productive and appreciated. I also feel like I really understand what the problem(s) being addressed is/are as well as the steps being implemented and goal to be achieved. I can’t stress enough how knowing all of that really changes my outlook and motivation as I feel like it can be done.
