		<description>Nice post. As mentioned frequent evaluations other than the standard yearly or semi-annual review are necessary to gauge employee performance. Frequent reviews or individual meetings give employee&#039;s ample time for improvement if required and helps keep employees on track to achieve goals. Unless employees and employers keep detailed records, it&#039;s often difficult to remember what has occurred in terms of employee performance at 6 months or a years time. Consistently documenting employee achievements during the year helps greatly and provides a more well rounded performance review.
